We founded Commodore to solve the biggest
problem in innovation.
Don’t tell us haphazard—or nonexistent—measurement is just the nature of the beast, or too complicated to fix. Between us, we’ve worked to address climate change, healthy aging, post-disaster redevelopment, sanitation in the developing world, and getting kids to walk to school. Effective metrics for innovation: Hard? Sure. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
Impossible? Definitely not.
We want to make corporate innovation more effective. We want people to have the information they need in order to know they’re making the right choices about innovation initiatives. We want people to know that the contributions they make, every day, will have impact.
At Commodore we know innovation is a balancing act, so we respect and value logic and creativity equally. Design and finance. Quantification and communication. Analysis and intuition. Orchestration and collision.
